The conversion efficiency of UV LED is higher than that of traditional mercury lamp, and the service life is greatly increased.
High energy, uniform and stable output. The energy can be evenly irradiated to the surface of the object to be cured under the normal use distance (10mm-30mm), and the radiation energy can reach 700mW/cm2 when used at a height of 20mm. DE-X9 Illumination height is adjustable.
Fast switching, no preheating
Compared with traditional mercury lamps, LED UV lamps do not need to be preheated during use, and can light up quickly, improving work efficiency and saving more electricity.
The speed of the conveyor belt is adjustable, and the forward and reverse rotation are adjustable.
The height of the inlet and outlet baffles at both ends of the conveyor belt is adjustable.
The UV light area has an automatic sensing function. When a product enters the light area, the conveyor belt will automatically slow down and pass slowly, and the passing speed is adjustable.
The light source has an automatic switch function. The light source will automatically turn off when no product passes through the illuminated area for 1 minute, and the light source will automatically turn on when the product enters again.
Temperature control alarm function, when the temperature reaches the set limit, the machine will automatically alarm and turn off the light source.
