Application area
The automatic spin coating equipment uses a spray gun and a rotating base to coat paper rice bowls, lunch boxes, soup bowls and other pulp molded products needed for food packaging with food-grade safe fluorine-free coatings. The coating is uniform and saves coatings. After coating, the tableware is more resistant to high temperatures, oily soup, leakage, and non-stick rice, and can safely and environmentally friendly hold food. The coated dinner plates can be used as meat plates, fruit plates, soup bowls, and juice cups, and can replace plastic products, making the lunch boxes from paper bowls to coatings more environmentally friendly and degradable.
Equipment Introduction
Equipment composition:
1.Rotating workbench: Contains a rotating base, which can be customized with 1-36 workstations, and can be placed inside to place the paper and plastic products to be coated.
2.Coating system: including coating liquid supply device, spray gun head and control system, paint recycling system.
3.Control system: responsible for the overall operation of the equipment, including the setting of parameters such as coating speed and coating amount.
4.Power supply system: provides stable power supply for the equipment.
Component parameters
1.Spraying room: PP acid and alkali resistant material is used to make the spraying room.
2. Nozzle: Taiyuan Changyuan spray nozzle is used.
3.Pneumatic components: Yadek or CNS high-quality pneumatic components are used.
4.Rotation system: Speed regulating motor is used.
5.Oil supply system: pneumatic diaphragm pump is used for automatic oiling and oil and gas precision voltage stabilization system is used
6.Electrical parts: CHNT contactors and switches are imported electrical appliances that meet international standards, such as Japanese Izumi switches.
7.Safety system: over-temperature preventer, motor overload protection, control line insurance, emergency stop switch, etc. ... All electrical appliances meet international standards for first-class products.
