1. Optimized design for transportation and assembly/disassembly
* The basic machine is designed for integrated transportation, without disassembling the crawler frame and boom base, which greatly saves transportation costs and improves assembly/disassembly efficiency.
* The unique A-type gantry self-supporting technology can realize self-supporting without oil cylinder and realize the rapid assembly of the crane. * The weight of a single counterweight does not exceed 4 tons, and a small auxiliary lifting device can achieve a complete counterweight assembly.
2. Optimized hydraulic system design
* Integrated design reduces failure points while reserving open space for assembly/disassembly and maintenance.
* Adopt highly integrated LUDV main valve, with multi-way operation, control combined flow, high/low speed selection and other functions to ensure operation efficiency.
* The unique independent bypass filter and strong magnetic adsorption device in the industry are used to strengthen the filtering and anti-emulsification ability of the hydraulic system.
3. One-key switching function of main/auxiliary hooks Using a one-key switch
The main/auxiliary hook switching can be easily realized, and the application range is wider.
This machine was manufactured in 2018. The main arm is 40 meters, the main hook is 32T, and the auxiliary hook is 8T. There is no quick release, no overfitting, and the vehicle condition is very good.
