The vehicle can burst out the maximum torque at 1800rpm. Thanks to this, the acceleration of Haval H9 at low and medium speeds makes me feel that it is comparable to the Prado with a displacement of 3.5L. And when switching to sport mode, this feeling becomes even more pronounced.
The 8AT gearbox is highly matched to the engine, and the vehicle accelerates linearly and smoothly. In economy mode, the highest gear can be engaged at a speed of 76km/h, which is beneficial to the fuel economy of Haval H9. In urban roads, the sports mode is used, and the switching between 1-2 gears has obvious frustration, but this phenomenon does not occur in other modes.
Perhaps affected by the weight of the vehicle, the braking performance of Haval H9 is not satisfactory. The virtual position of the brake pedal is relatively serious at the beginning.
