Transparent sticker could have semi transparent, also it could be completely transparent depends on the specific need.
If the sticker is used in glass window, you could choose normal printing or reverse printing, which is color printed on the adhesive side, so you could stick the sticker decal inside the window.

Normally the sticker are packed in polybag, and then in a carton box, so please just let us know if you want custom packing way.
