About zigzag spring
Zig-Zag Springs are sometimes called Serpentine or No-Sag Springs. These are springs formed from tempered wire, which is then formed into evenly spaced curves or "loops" for a fully supportive seating system. Pitch is measured as the distance between the centre points of one 'U'. Zig Zag Springs should be used with CONNECTING LINKS or similar. Zig Zag Springs are fastened with single metal 'Z' CLIPS or continous plastic CLIP STRIP and can come in ARC or FLAT options depending on the height of 'crown' required and the overall desired appearance.

3. If total amount is lower than USD1000,we will charge total amount after the order confirmed.

1. Generally speaking,for the customised size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 4000PCS,for our standard size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 2500PCS.
2. If you have your own printing design on the packing bag,there will be MOQ of bag requested,but it can be negotiated.

We only need the drawing of zigzag spring,if samples can be offered for checking will be the best,then the price will be offered to you accordingly.
