Unique Piling Q345B OD 800mm Core Barrel Rock Layers Bullet Teeth Core Barrel
There are tree types of core barrels:
1)Core barrel with bullet teeth is used for cutting an annular ring in rock or concrete(also reinforced concrete).
2)Core barrel with roller bits is used in very strong rock formations(compressive strength > 100Mpa).
3)Cross cutter core barrel is mainly used to break rock cores which remain in the borehole after using a core barrel, also suitable for drilling hard, jointed rock(<100Mpa) and for penetrating through layers containing boulders.
Applicable layers: dense sand, gravel and medium hard rocks, etc.

Drilling Diameter Range: 600~2500mm
Unique Drilling Bucket & Core Barrel adopt the high-carbon steel (Q345B, 16Mn, Q195-Q345, etc.) and special drilling bits (B47K20H, B47K19H, B47K17H, 3050, 3060, 3065,C30, C31HD, B85, B43H,18TL, 18HD, 25VIP, 18VIP, 25T, 25HD, 22T,833-18,855 25,18PN/LK,25PN/LK, TCI Bits 8 1/2'' LADC code 537, 12 1/4'' IADC 737, IADC 637) angle to keep the drilling strength and efficiency.

1) Core Barrel with Bullet Teeth
Main Applications:Core Barrel with Bullet Teeth is used for cutting an annular ring in rock or concrete (also reinforced concrete).
Features: Cutting ring with staggered arrangement of round shank chisels.
Chisel holders are welded to the base body.
The round shank chisels can be easily replaced when using suitable tools
