RationalVue offers CCD length-width scale calibration, CCD auto-rotate/horizontal calibration, CCD lens coaxial calibration and CCD pixel calibration, With multiple calibration methods, RationalVue uttermost improves measure accuracy of machine, Moreover, RationalVue developed lens distortion calibration which enhances the precise of large wide-angle lens dramatically. We pay highly attention to precise improvement, even for 0.1um.

Burrs filtering

RationalVue can filter burrs of measure product that removes those convex or concave places to measure completely with a great accuracy.

The edge function of RationalVue can capture those fuzzy and rough edges easily. It means truly realize the automation measurement.

With world advanced focus algorithm under independently development, RationalVue can quick and exact complete part focus with 2-3 seconds. The repeat focus can reach to 0.003 mm which can be used for the tolerance measurement, such as height, flatness etc.

Curve scan & FormError Analysis

RationalVue can track product edge automatically to scan edge curve profile of any product. And it also can make profile comparison with imported CAD nominal curve, calculate curve profile, and output curve FormError graphical report.

Grid board measurement

RationalVue has a professional measuring tool special for grid board that can achieve measuring of grid line easily. It is suitable for solar energy, TV industry etc.

Multi-layer segment measurement

RationalVue can realize multi-layer line by one-button, and it allows user to select any line of them.
