1. Product Introduction
KQTG-165 High-Pressure Ring Submersible Drilling Rig is a new type of downhole drilling equipment developed by our company by adopting globally advanced technology and closely based on practial environment and conditions of Chinese mines. It is mainly applied in non-coal underground mines, tunnels, irrigation works and other drilling projects.They feature the comprehensive large-size & deep-hole rock drilling in geotechnical engineering,particularly suitable for underground projects. The equipment adopt electric and diesel double power systems, and the front and rear frames are hinged and flexible. KQTG-165 High-Pressure Ring Submersible Drilling Rigs are set to work anywhere 3.2 meters-3.6 in height,and the width not less than 2.6 meters. The working environment keep ventilated well.

hydraulic brake.
2, Germany Deutz air-cooled low-pollution D914L04 engine, and the Canadian ESC platinum-ruthenium alloy exhaust gas purifier, effectively reduce the harmful substances emitted by the exhaust.
3, the low-speed high-torque hydraulic motor directly drives the rotary head,skips the obstacles
of high-pressure gas and water leakage into the motor; The spares feature long service life and easily maintenance.(Tongguan's patented technology).
4. The Air Flow and Water system is integrally connected by motor and washing machine, with reliable performance and long service life.
5. Refuelling system by electronic pulse makes drilling hammers effectively lubricated and lead a long service life.
● Power mode:
1, the chassis is driven by diesel engine, and the transition is flexible.
2, punching is powered by electricity, low operating cost, low energy consumption and low noise.
● Drilling performance:
1. The guide rail adopts V-shaped structure, the drilling accuracy is less than 1%.
2, drilling speed 0.2 m ~ 0.3 m per minute.
● Drilling adaptability:
1. The frame is rotated directly by the Bonfiglioli motor, with large torque and reliable positioning. A multi-directial range is available.
2, stable and reliable support mechanism (top, legs) to ensure the accuracy of drilling.

● Control performance:
1. The hydraulic disassembly rod system reduces the labor intensity of the workers and saves the auxiliary working time.

3. The cab adopts a lifting roof structure, the chassis shift is operated in the cab, and the drilling positioning is performed on the mobile console.
4. The electronic control system adopts PLC program control technology to realize the automatic
control function of the positioning, propulsion and connection of the drill arm.
5. The operation console is equipped with a display screen to clearly control the positioning angle, the working pressure of the hydraulic system, the opening flow of each valve, and set alarm parameters .
