Alnico permanent magnet is a kind of ferromagnetic material, which is made of aluminum, nickel, cobalt and other metals. It has high magnetic property, high coercive force, excellent temperature stability and corrosion resistance. The Alnico magnets are divided into cast Alnico magnets and Sintered Alnico magnets according to the manufacturing process. Alnico rod magnet, Alnico9, cast Alnico magnet and Alnico5 are commonly used. The Hcj of Alnico magnets is ≥30 KA/m, the tolerance is ±0.05mm, and the BHmax is 1.13-9 MGOe.
