Ultrasonic generator, usually called ultrasonic generation source, ultrasonic power supply is composed of oscillator voltage amplifier, power amplifier and output transformer,etc.The main function is to convert our mains electricity (220V or 380V,50 or 60Hz) into a high-frequency AC electrical signal matched with an ultrasonic transducer From the form of the amplifier circuit. Linear amplifier circuit and switching power supply circuit can be used. From the perspective of conversion efficiency, the high-power ultrasonic power supply generally adopts the form of a switching power supply circuit.
According to the working principle of ultrasonic electric box, the ultrasonic generator can be divided into analog circuit generator box and digital circuit generator box. The analog circuit ultrasonic generator with simple structure is easy to maintain.When the mold is changed,the analog ultrasonic generator needs to be accurately adjusted of the ultrasonic frequency.
