Ultrasonic Welding Machine Design:
Ultrasonic welding is a fast and efficient bonding technique that does not require flux or external heating. Ultrasonic plastic welding is widely used in the connector industry for its advantages of high production efficiency, low production cost, high precision assurance, good quality consistency, easy maintenance, and easy use. Ultrasonic welding can be applied where plastic connections are required. For the two-type insulator connection, ultrasonic welding can be directly used to replace the traditional adhesive bonding. As for the insulator connection form which depends on the barb connection, it can also be directly changed to ultrasonic welding to cancel the mold structure of the original barb and horizontal core pulling, so as to simplify the mold structure and improve the product reliability. For the integrated PCB connectors, using an ultrasonic welding structure can solve the problem of insulator cracking, avoid the objective or artificial changes in the plastic compression parameters caused by batch production instability, and can simplify the structure. The ultrasonic welding machine consists of the ultrasonic welding generator, ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn, and machine structure rack.
