How does ultrasonic welding plastic works?
The ultrasonic plastic welding device converts the current 50/60Hz electrical frequency into 20KHz or 40KHz high-frequency electrical energy through a transistor function device, which is supplied to the converter. The converter converts electrical energy into mechanical vibration energy for ultrasonic, and the pressure regulator transmits the converted mechanical energy to the welding head of the ultrasonic welder. The welding head is an acoustic device that transmits mechanical vibration energy directly to the product to be pressed. Vibration generated by vibration friction welding workpieces to the bonding surface heat melt plastic, vibrations in the molten state matter stops when it reaches its interface, the transient pressure maintenance can make the melt adhesive surface curing generated when a strong molecular bonds, the entire cycle is usually less than one second is complete, but the welding strength is close to a row material!
