Description:
Portable ultrasonic spot welding machine is an assembly technique for joining two thermoplastic components at localised points without the necessity for preformed holes or an energy director. Spot welding produces a strong structural weld and is particularly suitable for large parts, sheets of extruded or cast thermoplastic, and parts with complicated geometry and hard-to-reach joining surfaces.
Main Features:
The handheld ultrasonic spot welding machine does not have a fixed device. It simply consists of a transducer and a welding head, and is connected to the ultrasonic generator through a power cord. Welding is performed manually. Small body, light weight, easy to carry and flexible operation.
