The welding of Bumper elements mostly done with ultrasonic in the form of staking, spot welding. In some case heat sealing or Hot air Sealing is also applicable. Another special application is Ultrasonic cutting to make a clean and sharp openings on P.P. Bumpers. In case of burrs (residues of injection runner) appeared, It is also required to cut and trim with ultrasonic ( Knife ) accordingly.
In case of reinforcement required ( at the back side of Bumper), A hot plate welding system or vibration welding system shall be applied.
