Introduction
Ultrasonic fabric cutting machine is suitable for textiles and non-woven fabrics with a certain proportion of thermoplastic fibers. Compared with mechanical cutting, it has the advantage that the cutting edge does not wear. Due to the ultrasonic vibration, heat is generated in the cutting area, and the area is edge-cut simultaneously. This ensures the high quality of the separating edges and does not require additional sewing work to handle the seams.
However, ultrasonic fabric cutting technology is not only used for cutting textiles, but also for embossing, stamping or welding. Regardless of whether it is a dedicated machine or manual operation, it can be integrated into existing production equipment through simple installation, which can optimize the process and discover new application solutions.
Synthetic fabric cutting
Ultrasonic fabric cutters are currently increasing in areas not related to the textile industry, such as cutting of synthetic fiber fabrics, some of which include: disposables, filter components, outdoor and medical fabrics.
The machine is manually operated and designed for linear cutting on synthetic fabrics. It can be connected to any type of 35kHz ultrasonic generator. In addition, it is equipped with a sensor with piezoelectric ceramics and an intelligent ultrasonic generator.
Cutting with ultrasound technology can be manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic. They are usually tailored to meet each customer's needs and production standards. Ultrasonic sealing can be used on curtains made of only 25% synthetic fibers, such as polyester, viscose or rayon.

Application:
Textile materials suitable for ultrasonic cutting processing: 100% synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester, polypropylene, certain polyethylenes, modified acrylic resins, certain vinyl compounds, polyurethane compounds, films, Coated paper, etc. It also includes synthetic fibers mixed with 35-50% non-synthetic fiber components.
The ultrasonic heat sealing or cutting process can be used to form continuous work applications, similar to the traditional sewing machine working mode, such as the production of protective clothing, shutters, etc. Welding stand-alone "sewing" equipment or standard ultrasonic welding machines can accomplish this process.
