Ultrasonic seamless stitching can sew most thermoplastic fabrics. Compared with ordinary needle stitching, ultrasonic stitching does not require needle thread, has the characteristics of high stitching strength, good sealing, and fast stitching speed.
When the ultrasonic welding equipment acts on the surface of the thermoplastic plastic, it will generate tens of thousands of high-frequency vibrations per second. The ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the welding area through the weldment, which will generate local high temperature. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of plastics, heat is concentrated in the welding area, causing the surface of the plastic to melt rapidly, and after a certain pressure is applied, it is integrated.
A traditional sewing machine uses a needle to drive the thread to sew two pieces of cloth together. During the needle threading process, not only the cloth is pierced, but there is no bond between the cloth and the cloth, but a thin thread is used to tie them together. In this way, the cloth is easy to be pulled and the thread is easy to break. Thermoplastic fabrics can be stitched together by hot air welding. Needle and thread are not needed, but the welding temperature is not easy to control and the welding speed is slow.

The core technology of the ultrasonic seamless welding system is the use of a disc-shaped welding head for seam welding, which ingeniously converts the longitudinal vibration of the transducer into a radial vibration that radiates 360° outward along the diameter of the disc-shaped welding head. And different from the traditional lace machine, the traditional lace machine is generally composed of a flat tool head and a patterned roller. Because the tool head is stationary, it is easy to cause deformation and wrinkling of fabrics such as fabrics during work. The seamless sewing machine uses two discs to vibrate to sew the fabric, which solves this problem well. This not only greatly reduces the volume of the vibration system itself, but also reduces the installation size, the whole machine is beautiful, the volume is reduced, and the weight is greatly reduced.

In addition, the ultrasonic seamless stitching system completely solves the problem that the direction of motion of the ultrasonic welding head is different from that of the cloth, and is not synchronized. To a large extent, it replaces ordinary sewing machines.
