TMU-600 automatic light curing cold mounting machine
Light curing Mosaic has the advantages of speed, low viscosity, transparency and so on.
The TMU-600 automatic light curing cold mounting machine, which uses dual wavelength LED lights, is dedicated to light curing of light curing mounting.
Cold light source, no thermal radiation, the surface temperature rise of the illuminated product is low, to solve the problem of thermal damage in the mounting process.
The transparent light curing mounting fills the void in the sample to achieve a tight bond between the sample and mounting, so that the sample is well protected and supported during the grinding and polishing process.

1. Dual wavelength combination: 365+395; (395+450, 365+450 optional);
2. Three levels of brightness for each wavelength are set independently;
3. Upper and lower, left and right, front, back and other six sides have surface light source and reflection film, uniform illumination, curing light efficiency is high;
4. Manual/automatic working mode.
5. 99 kinds of automatic working program, according to the set wavelength, brightness, light time.
6. The light panel can be easily replaced;
7.Long life: the service life is more than 10 times that of the traditional mercury lamp curing machine, and the service life is not affected by the number of switches;
8.Low energy consumption, power consumption is only 10% of UV curing machine (mercury lamp), can save 90% power;
9.Vacuum device to further reduce bubbles (optional).
