What is Ultrasonic Jewellery Cleaner? •An Ultrasonic Jewellery Cleaner is an Ultrasonicator that comprises of a small tank (approx 2-3 Liters), small motor/ circuit for Cleaning the Ornaments, a removable basket / tray. To begin the cleaning process, the cleaning tank is filled with warm water or a cleaning solution. Cleaning solutions can consist of non-ionic surfactants, detergents or ammonia. You can then place your Jewellery Item(s) in a small basket and place that basket inside the tank.
 
 
Q2: DOES THE ULTRASONIC CLEANERHAVETO BE CLEANED WITH CLEANING FLUID?

The potential harmfulness ofcleaning fluid to the surface of some workpieces may be increased by the use of ultrasound. Ultrasound cleaningis not recommended for cat's eye, pearl, jadeite, tanzanite, malachite, emerald, lapis lazuli and coral.
 
Q4: WHAT ARE ""DIRECT" AND "INDIRECT" CLEANING?
A4: Direct cleaning usually refers to the cleaning of the workpiece in a cleaning tank flled with cleaning fluid, and theworkpiece is usually installed in a tray or tooling basket with holes. The limitation of direct cleaning is the need toselect cleaning fluids that will not damage the ultrasonic cleaning tank. Indirect cleaning is to place the workpieceto be cleaned in a beaker or tray without holes, and the beaker or tray is filled with solution, rather than directly inthe cleaning tank.When indirect cleaning is selected, it is confirmed that the water level in the tank is maintainedat the standard position.
 
Q5: WHY NEED SPECIAL CLEANING FLUID FOR CLEANING?

The main purpose of ultrasonic cavitation is also to assist cleaningfluid to clean. A cleaning solution contains a variety of ingredients to achieve the best cleaning effect.For example,reducing the surface tension of the liquid can increase the cavitation strength, while an ultrasonic cleaning solutionmay contain a wetting agent or surfactant component.
