Product Description:
1. The welding mode according to the customer's products, and the driving mode is servo motor driving.
2. The hot riveting action and preloading action of the equipment are designed separately to ensure enough debugging space. Precision linear guide rail is used for moving up and down. At the same time, gears and racks are added to ensure smooth left and right in the process of moving up and down.
3. The riveting column is heated to the required temperature by several electric heating tubes, then placed at the welding position of the workpiece, servo lowered to give proper pressure, and the required effect is welded in the set welding parameters.
4. PLC programmable microcomputer control system. Adjust welding parameters in man-machine interface window.
