40Khz ultrasonic OEM wave soldering flux coating is an ultrasonic technology that uses ultrasonic vibration to spray liquid onto the target surface. In the application of soldering flux, 40Khz ultrasonic OEM wave soldering flux coating can place liquid flux into the nozzle, generate high-frequency vibration through ultrasonic vibrator, and evenly spray the flux on the soldering area. During the spraying process, the droplets move at a higher speed, allowing the flux to better cover the target surface.
