Description:
High Focused Spray Ultrasound Round Up Atomizing Coated Nozzle is a type of atomizing nozzle that generates high-frequency vibrations from a piezoelectric transducer at the tip of the nozzle, resulting in capillary waves in the liquid film.
High Focused Spray Ultrasound Round Up Atomizing Coated Nozzle is made of highly durable materials such as titanium, making it very suitable for various challenging environments and chemicals. The electroactive element is contained within a sealed casing, which can protect the nozzle assembly from external contamination. The liquid feed pipe runs through the entire length of the nozzle. The design of the nozzle ensures that the liquid only comes into contact with the titanium inside the nozzle.

Maintenance Methods To Prevent Blockage Of UItrasonic Gathering Nozzles :
1. Regular cleaning:
According to usage, the nozzle can be cleaned at regular intervals (such as weekly or monthly).
Sediments and impurities inside the nozzle can be removed using solvents or ultrasonic cleaning methods.
2. Choose the appropriate liquid:
Try to use liquids with lower viscosity and no particle impurities, which is beneficial for keeping the nozzle unobstructed.
