Ultrasonic indium coating machine, also known as target welding machine, is a traditional technique for manually coating indium on metal and non-metal surfaces such as copper plates, ITO glass, and silicon dioxide. However, the disadvantages of manual indium coating are very obvious, such as uneven indium coating; Due to the manual scraping method used, the indium coating may become unstable and prone to detachment; The efficiency of manual scraping and coating is very low, which consumes a lot of manual labor; Due to control or other reasons, it can lead to the waste of indium metal. And our ultrasonic technology has solved these problems very well. Ultrasonic indium coating is mainly used for surface coatings on flat surfaces, inner holes, and outer circles, replacing the outdated technology of manual scraping in the past.

1. Do not use flux

Flux will generate micro bubbles inside the welding process, which can cause welding defects such as cracks over time. Ultrasonic technology does not use flux during the welding process, so it will not cause progressive corrosion due to residual flux in the welding area.

2. Environmentally friendly welding solutions

Ultrasonic welding technology does not use flux, so it does not require gas discharge facilities or wastewater treatment facilities to treat harmful gases generated by flux.

3. The coating is firm and will not peel off.

4. The coating is uniform, without blind spots or ripples.

5. Reduce production costs

By replacing expensive copper wire with aluminum wire, production costs can be reduced by about 80%, saving indium metal, and the indium coating is within 0.02mm. No need for flux process and flux cleaning process, greatly reducing equipment and production costs, and improving productivity by simplifying welding process.

6. Improve production efficiency

Applying a copper plate with an area of 1500 * 190mm only takes 15 minutes (vibration twice). Applying ITO glass with an area of 50 * 50mm only takes 1 minute (vibration 3 times). And productivity can be improved by simplifying the welding process.

7. Assist in developing new products

Glass, ceramics, and aluminum materials that are difficult to weld cannot be welded using traditional flux welding methods. However, ultrasonic technology can be used to bond materials that are difficult to weld and develop new products. New materials can also be developed by welding different materials, such as aluminum copper, copper glass, aluminum ceramics, etc.
