Way of working:

Working principle:
The working principle of the ultrasonic wire buried device is to convert the 50/60 Hz current into high-frequency alternating current through an ultrasonic generator, and then input the electrical energy into the ultrasonic transducer to generate high-frequency mechanical motion. Then the mechanical motion can be changed through a set The amplitude modulator device is transmitted to the welding head, and the welding head transmits the received vibration energy to the joint of the workpiece to be welded. In this area, the vibration energy is converted into thermal energy by friction, melting the plastic, and shortly conducting the wire. Buried in plastic sheet.
