Description:
20K ultrasonic welding kit produced by QRsonic company mainly uses external ear mask machine (product alias: flat mask machine, automatic mask spot welding machine, ultrasonic mask machine, flat mask spot welding machine, disposable mask machine, non-woven fabric Mask machines, ear band mask machines, N95 mask machines, FFP2 mask machines, etc.) are fused to the two outer sides of the mask body to complete the ear band mask products.
Ultrasonic welding transmits high frequency vibration to the fabric to achieve connection. When synthetic or non-woven materials pass between ultrasonic horns, vibrations are generated on the fibers and heat is quickly generated. This heat causes the material's synthetic fibers to melt and solidify, creating a seam that will not be worn or torn.
