Description:
The size of the prestress in the manufacturing process of the ultrasonic transducer plays a decisive role in the quality. Due to the weak tension of piezoelectric ceramics, when the transducer is ultrasonically vibrated, static compressive prestress must be applied to prevent the piezoelectric ceramics from bearing tensile stress. The piezoelectric ceramics can be prestressed by tightening the prestressed bolts.
During the production of the transducer, QRsonic fixes the transducer on the workbench, then connects the positive and negative poles of the electrode strips to special equipment, enters the corresponding parameters, and uses a specific wrench to tighten the pre-stressed bolts. When the prestress reaches the required value, the device will prompt to stop working, so as to make high-quality ultrasonic transducers to adapt to various working environments.
