Description:
The transducer consists of a shell, a matching layer, a piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer, a backing, a lead-out cable and a Cymbal array receiver.
This transducer has played a key role in the application of ultrasonic mask welding technology. Ultrasonic mask welding transfers high-frequency vibration to the mask non-woven fabric to achieve connection. When the mask non-woven fabric material passes between the ultrasonic welding heads, the non-woven fabric will vibrate and quickly generate heat. This heat melts and solidifies the synthetic fibers of the non-woven fabric, forming a seam that will not fray or tear, completely replacing traditional manual sewing.
