Description: 

 

The ultrasonic atomization spraying system uses the piezoelectric effect to convert electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical energy, and uses high-frequency oscillation to atomize the liquid into uniform micrometer sized particles. Compared with traditional pressure type nozzles, ultrasonic spraying can obtain a more uniform, thinner, and controllable thin film coating, which is not easy to block the nozzle.
Due to the fact that ultrasonic nozzles only require a small amount of air at the kilopascal level, there is almost no splashing during the spraying process, resulting in a coating utilization rate of over 95%. This technology is widely used in the field of precision coating preparation. The ultrasonic atomization nozzle body is made of titanium material, which has outstanding acoustic characteristics, high tensile strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.

 

 

Principle: 

 

The ultrasonic atomizer utilizes electronic high-frequency oscillation and the high-frequency resonance of ceramic atomization plates to disperse the structure of liquid water molecules and produce naturally flowing water mist, without the need for heating or adding any chemical reagents. Compared with the heating atomization method, it saves 90% of energy. In addition, a large amount of negative ions will be released during the atomization process, which will react with floating smoke, dust, etc. in the air in an electrostatic manner, causing them to precipitate. At the same time, it can effectively remove harmful substances such as formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, bacteria, etc., purifying the air and reducing the occurrence of diseases.
