I. Product brief introduction:
Our timing pulley factory with almost 20 years production experience, be able to produce different type of material like C45 steel, aluminum, nylon, copper pulleys,etc,we could produce according to customer provided drawings.
Different surface treatment pulleys,gavalnized,zinc plated, nickel plating,as per customer request.
Timing belt pulley introduce:
1) circular arc gear is divided into single arc gear and double circular arc gear.
2) the contact line strength of single circular arc gear is higher than that of the involute gear under the same condition, but the bending strength is lower than that of the involute.
3) the circular arc gear mainly adopts the soft tooth surface or the medium hard tooth surface, and usually uses the short tooth when the hard tooth surface is used.
