1. Taper roller bearing 31309 Product constructure introduction:
Tapered roller bearings mainly bear radial and axial combined load. Bearing capacity depends on the raceway angle of the outer ring, and the larger the Angle, the greater the bearing capacity.
The bearings are separable bearings, which are divided into single column, double row and four row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rolling bodies in the bearing. Single row tapered roller bearing clearance needs to be adjusted by users during installation;
Double row and four row tapered roller bearing clearance has been given to the user according to the requirements of the user, without user adjustment. Tapered roller bearings have conical inner ring and outer ring raceway, and the taper roller is arranged between the two. The projection lines on all conical surfaces meet at the same point on the axis of the bearing.
This design makes tapered roller bearings especially suitable for bearing composite (radial and axial) loads. The axial load capacity of bearings is mainly determined by contact angle. The larger the Angle, the higher the axial load. The angle is represented by the calculation coefficient e; The larger the value of e, the greater the contact angle, the greater the applicability of bearing axial load.
Tapered roller bearings are usually separated, i.e. the inner ring components of the roller and the inner ring of the cage assembly can be separately installed with the cone outer ring (outer ring).
Tapered roller bearings are widely used in automobile, rolling mill, mining, metallurgy, plastic machinery and other industries.
