Product main features and uses:
Horizontal Lathe Machine can undertake a variety of turning workpiece, it can turning the various parts of the outer circle, inner hole, end and metric thread, Whitworth, module thread and pitch diameter of the thread forming surface; in addition, you can also meet drilling, every hole, sets and other materials process requirements. It can also be used in hard cutting tool for powerful cutting, processing a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The width of the side wall of the double bed ribs, inner ribs with box and diagonal reinforcement integral bed structure, high integral rigidity.
Horizontal Lathe Machine has the advantages of high power, high speed, low noise, strong rigidity, high precision and good accuracy. It also has the advantages of easy operation, flexible operation, convenient operation, safe and reliable. In addition, the machine tool used in the production of brand-name manufacturers of AC frequency conversion speed control device, the four gear stepless speed control, in the original ordinary lathe based on the increase of the working accuracy, stable and reliable.
This machine tool is driven by AC variable frequency speed regulation motor. After sliding gear, I realized that I, II, III, IV four gear shift frequency conversion speed control, which has good torque characteristics and functional characteristics, and the sliding plate has the advantages of fast movement and convenient operation.
Advantage:
We use electric furnace smelting , resin sand molding casting technology,avoid sand holes, stoma casting internal defect effectively, all the accessories are assayed by imported spectrum analyzer, it assures the quality of the casting . The casting had been through second thermal aging treatment with good stability.
The bed of floor type is the whole structure. The rigidity and width of guide way on the bed of lathe is good enough. The guide way is through high-frequency quenching, the slide guide way joint SD compound soft belt. to make more wear-resisting and lower friction factor. The lead screw is the whole structure (not butt). The saddle is wider and thicker than before, the machine is running more stable. And the cutting ability is better.
The 3 boxes of lathe were processed by Taiwan’s CNC boring and milling machine center. The other tools are processed by CNC lathe and machine center to ensure the precision of the box and tools.
First step of the accuracy test of the equipment is testing the repeat accuracy of X and Y axis with Renishaw laser interometer imported from Britain. After that, inspecting and accepting the whole equipment based on the enterprise standards, guarantee the accuracy of the machine tool.
