KTA38 Diesel Engines Performance Characteristics:
1. Advanced fuel system enable direct injection so as to efficiently lower fuel consumption while augmenting power.
2. PT Fuel injection system offers you options : may use mechanical system or even better use CENTRY speedregulation system by electric controlling.
3. Swaged forging crankshaft and connection bar make their life longer.
4. Four valves, supercharging, and air intercooling elevate discharge standard and increase power.
5. The compact design of four stroke and in-line has the size smaller and weight lighter.
6. Design of one valve out fitting with one cylinder lower the temperature of cylinder head efficiently, increase servicelife, and facilitate maintenance. Hierarchical variable timing system (STC) allows engine toaccelerate with load smoothly, to control fuel injection moreaccurately, and to elevate discharge standard.
K38 and K50 Diesel Engine For Generator Performance Characteristics:
1. Cylinder Block
High quality alloy cast iron for the rigidity performance and good stability.
Wet and replaceable cylinder liners for better heat rejection performance.
2. Head and Valve
4 valves per cylinder, optimize the mixed level which lead to an excellent fuel consumption rate and emission performance. High quality alloy cast iron, one cylinder one head, dual camshaft and special designed outline for better reliability and durability.
3. Crankshaft and Rod
Robust and fully balanced crankshaft design for a more steadily rotation and higher strength.
Steel piston crown with oil gallery and aluminum skirts for better durability and low oil consumption.
4. Fuel system
PT fuel injection system offers you options: may use mechanical system or even better use CENTRY SPEED-REGULATION system by electric controlling. Hierarchical variable timing system(STC), which leads to an excellent fuel consumption rate and emission performance. Check valve in fuel tube improve reliability.
5. Lubrication system
Great flux gear pump, lube oil filter and by-pass oil filter can separate impurity above 1 0um effectively. Keep lubrication system good state and make the engine more reliability.
6. Cooling system
Gear water pump and great flux channel design provide effective cooling. Spin-in water filter make the coolant clean and keep it in normal acidity.
7. Exhaust system
Advanced turbocharger and water-air after cooler technology, pluse exhaust manifold reduce exhaust temperature, provide excellence fuel consumption and emission performance.
8. Electrical system
24V cranking motor and 35A Battery charging system.
