Description

Equipment Structure
The containerized type screw air compressor is a kind of customized air compressor according to the actual needs of each user. Have the air compressor, air storage tank, refrigeration dryer (or adsorption dryer), filter, waste oil collector and control cabinet installed in a special container.Fix all these equipment on the bottom plate of the container, and then complete the pipeline, electrical and instrument installation according to the drawing design, flange interface and blowdown interface are reserved at the base or wall edge of the container for external pipeline and process piping at the customer's site. The cable inlet hole is reserved on the container to facilitate field wiring. Special containers are equipped with lifting lugs or forklift holes for hoisting and shoveling. Sound absorption and heat insulation decoration in the container can absorb the operation noise of air compressor and auxiliary equipment.

The containerized type screw air compressor station is installed in a single cylinder, which can be leveled. In the special environment with large wind load, such as the seaside, special equipment foundation can be designed and the container can be fixed by anchor bolts to meet the design strength requirements of wind load.
