1. Product Introduction:

The Conical Serials Cemented Tungsten Carbide Buttons are widely used in manufacture of low air pressure DTH bits, High air pressure DTH bits, eccentric overburden drill tools, threaded connection bits, button bits, external thread button bits, pipe bits, DTH drill tools, hydraulic threaded button bits etc.

Our Carbide Buttons are produced with 100% Virgin WC and Co Powders, making the quality consistent in each batch of production. And the HIP sintering furnaces keep the finished product in high productivity and continuity.

The Chemical and Physical Properties of this kind of buttons are listed below:

The buttons made of these two carbide grades have strong impact resistance, good abrasive and wear resistance and penetration rate in drilling and digging.

They are mainly applied as the consumption part of the drilling tools, and crowned with 42CrM carbon steel under brazing soldering process or cold mounting process.

3. Process of  Control:

To make high quality products, the QA and QC are important processes we pay many attentions. From the raw material purchase to the finished product to be delivered. Each procedure has been strictly traced and monitored. We cooperate to the main stream suppliers, purchasing raw materials with batch bulk quantities to keep the consistent quality from the sources.

We have inspections and laboratory test in each process, milling, spraying, pilot pressing, pressing, stacking, sintering, packing, etc. All these make our products traceable, and control the quality in a stable level. The pics below are the processes for reference:

4. Inspection & Testing:

We have individual Laboratory for quality test and sampling and inspection. Each batch of product has to be tested and inspected with different gauges to confirm that  reaching the performance requirement.
 

5. Capacity of Stock and Delivery:

We have stable stock capacity, providing our customers with a quick delivery in cooperation with our partner carrier and freight forwarders. There are ordinary goods and finished products on shelves for customers to quickly place an order and supplement the need of their business. We also have a raw materials' storehouse, which maintains us the quick action to batching and mixing the speical carbide grade for unique need of the customers.

Q: What's the lead time of your products?

A: The lead time is 15-20 days normally, if stock available of an ordinary type o product, the lead time will be shortened to 2 days.

Q: What kind of payment terms are you accepted?

A: We accept T/T, Western Union pay, and Ali pay on Alibaba platform.

Q: Do you provide a sample for customers?

A: Yes, a sample order is available, and one kilogram free sample is offered.
