Based on the equipment drawings and usage requirements from a Qingdao automotive oil pipe production company, we have manufactured various specifications of tungsten carbide rivet heads, including φ4.76 first punch tungsten carbide rivet head, φ4.76 second punch tungsten carbide rivet head 3.0 column, φ6 second punch tungsten carbide rivet head 4.0 column, and more.
The working surface of the head requires a mirror-smooth finish to meet the high-quality production requirements.
The tungsten carbide rivet head is fixed with an M6 internal thread, and the main working surface includes the head's R angle and inclined surface taper section.
After precision machining of other dimensions, the final step involves spark machine electrical discharge machining.
