• Decrease cutting speed
• Select grade with thinner coating (PVD)

• Wrong cutting data

Solution:

• Change operation path (to avoid facing towards shoulder)
• Change feed
• Select a PVD-coated grade
• Select an insert geometry that alters the chip flow
