Descriptions:
We produce tungsten carbide punching dies inserts blanks for use in hot and cold heading die tooling and forming tool applications.
carbide punching dies are made to order and can be supplied in different tungsten carbide material grades with up to a 25% cobalt binder to meet our customer’s specific requirements to produce bolts, screws and special fixings in a variety of materials.
We produce the die inserts and blanks in as-sintered condition with the specific overall dimensions and special features our customers request ready for them to produce finished ground tools.
Advantages:
We use medium and coarse grain size for tungsten carbide punching dies making, cobalt content is also very important.
with the advanced technology and equipments of HIP with low pressure sintering, makes carbide dies with better density and strength.
our special powder pressing technology with HIP sintering could reduce the carbide dies porosity, greatly improved the carbide dies density and other properties.
We could advice for the suitable grade according to customer’s exact applications.
