Solid Tungsten Carbide Punching Heading Dies for Stainless Bolts Punching
Descriptions:
Carbide collection of high hardness of metal carbide and plastic good of adhesion metal,which has a series of excellent performance:
1. High strength and high hardness, particularly at higher temperatures still has high hardness, i.e., a good red hardness;
2. High modulus of elasticity, rigidity, and no significant plastic deformation under stress;
3 High comprehensive strength, can withstand large loads and keep the same shape;
4 Good wear resistance;
5 Small thermal expansion coefficient;
6 Good chemical stability, oxidation behavior not significantly in high temperature .
Advantages:
1. The raw materials WC and Co powders were choosen strictly.
2. The advanced technology and machine will be used on HIP with low pressure sintering.
3. The HIP sintering makes carbide dies with better density and strength, especially on working application is obvious.
4. Special powder pressing technology with HIP sintering, reducing the porosity, improve the density and characteristic.
5. We choose the suitable grade according to customer’s exact applications.
