Tungsten Carbide Rotary Burrs Single Cut for Aluminum Workpiece Grinding
Description:
Solid Carbide Burs for Aluminum have a coarser flute than commen burrs designs, which results in improved cutting performance on non-ferrous and non-metallic materials. It is designed for rapid stock removal with minimum chip loading.
Manufacturing Features:
All our offered carbide burrs are CNC grinded, tolerance controlled at 0.00~0.005mm
Made from Tungsten Carbide K20 Micro grain size WC, hardness>90HRC
Carbide burr head size from 6mm to 25mm.
With steel shank size of 3mm, 6mm and 6.35mm welded to the burr.
Different cut are available (Standard Single, Fine Single, Coarse cutter, Chip Breaker, Double-Cut(Cross) Coarse Double-cut, Fine Double-Cut, Diamond Cut, Non-Ferrous-Aluminium Cut).
We would recommend for suitable select cut according to the processed material.
