1.This TCT circular saw blades are specially dedigned as multi rip cutting blades. The blades are indicated for multiple cuts with single shaft or twin shaft machines of humind and nervy woods.
2.The tooth design, allowing the blade to cut alternately to the left and right, generating a more efficient and cleaner cut in all types of wood.
3.Tungsten carbide teeth provide excellent wear and heat resistance. positive cutting angle which provides fast and efficient removal of chips and swarf.
4.Fully hardened steel blade body - delivers accuracy and resists bending and deflection for true cuts.
5.Heat expansion slots allow the blade rim to expand and contract without warping for straight and accurate cuts.
1.Anti-rusted surface treating refuses any glue and saw dust.
2.The rakers keep preventing the wood contact with saw body otherwise increasing much friction.
3.High grade saw bod provides stable cutting performance and good heat-resistance.
Note: Rakers can be made by2-6 according to the diameters.
