T&D Materials Manufacturing supplies Tungsten Carbide + Cobalt binder, Tungsten Carbide + nickel binder, and Titanium Carbide balls, valve seats, valve cores. All of our balls, valve seats, and valve cores meet API standards<.
Choose balls from 5/32” to 2 ½” in diameter with grades ranging from 10, 25, 50, 100, or 200.
T&D cemented Carbide valve seats are finished port area and pressure tested. Our Tungsten Carbide valve cores and cemented Carbide valve seats are mainly used on throttle valves, gate valves, check valves, cock valves, needle valves, and choke valves. T&D Materials can produce many different seats/cores based on customer drawings and material specifications. There are no standard valve seats and cores are available.
