Oil to Water Heat Exchanger Shell and Tube Oil Cooler
Refrigeration Unit
Oil cooler is the power system turbine turbine supporting the use of turbine oil cooling equipment, oil
cooler structure for the light pipe surface, the use of circulating water as a medium to achieve heat
exchange, to ensure that Bearing oil temperature reaches the specified value, the oil cooler is to ensure
the normal operation of the unit of the key cooling equipment.
The main components of the oil cooler are the upper and lower water chamber, the shell pipe system and
the oil filling pipeline, and the shell is connected with the inlet and outlet pipes, the inlet and outlet pipes,
the drainage pipes, the drain pipes, the exhaust pipes and the temperature table seats.
Cooling water flow is generally a dual process, the oil cooler is generally vertical installation, but also
horizontal installation.
Oil cooler heat transfer tube with copper tube out of the cooling fins, heat transfer area, small size, light
weight.
Oil cooler for low viscosity and cleaner oil cooling; oil cooler can be used in plastic machinery, hydraulic
equipment, air compressor, oil sponge system, hydraulic coupling, power installations and other
industries.
