Water Cooled Evaporator
Shell and tube chiller evaporator is a two-layer metal plate with high-pressure gas expansion molding or
mechanical pressure nine way to make, can also be made of aluminum alloy die-casting. This is widely
used in refrigerators, merchandise showcases, popsicles storage boxes and other small refrigeration
equipment. Aluminum alloy die-casting made of flat shell and tube Yanfa is widely used in contact with the
freeze, commonly known as flat shell and tube quickzer.
The heat transfer coefficient of the shell-and-tube chiller evaporator is larger in the liquid than in the gas,
in the flow state than in the stationary state.
Shell and tube chiller evaporator due to better heat transfer, compact structure, small footprint, easy
installation, so the application is very extensive. The structure of the shell and tube chiller evaporator is
the same as that of the horizontal shell and tube condenser. In order to control the proper flow rate, the
refrigerant enters from the lower part of the end cap, flows out from the upper part and flows back and
forth within the duct and the end cap, and becomes a multi-way flow. And the refrigerant flows outside the
tube, and the refrigerant liquid after the throttling enters from the bottom or the side of the evaporator,
and the gas after the fire is discharged from the upper part.
