Semi-automatic filling and capping line is the solution for liquid and lotion for the skincare or other similar products especially for small batch and multiple species with value for money and high quality.

Basically, the line has basic module with options. The basic module includes a transmit track and a set of quadruple adjustable pucks. The basic module includes a complete set of four linked adjustable pucks and linear loop conveyer. After manual loading the bottles into pucks the products move to the following steps by servo motor driving: air cleaning with empty bottle rotation, automatic filling with four heads filling nozzle in linear line, manual loading wiper, automatic compress wiper, manual loading cap, automatic capping with a set of 4 head in a linear line, up loading products by two axis manipulator and then inkjet coding plus inspection, products transmit to packing area by belt. In Addition, the basic module also includes the inspection functions such as if there is empty bottle or not, cap exist or not and capping screw right or not.

The options of this line includes a movable material filling tank and pucks for special shape of bottle.

Working Process:
Manual loading bottle (into adjustable pucks)→Air cleaning bottle by rotation→Automatic filling (Controlled by servo)→manual loading wipper →Automatic compressing wipper →Maual loading cap and pre-screw →Automatic capping → Detecting→ Uploading from pucks→ Inkjet coding and inspection→ Transfer to packing area by conveyer
