Mascara Filling Machine Brief Introduction:

Automatic filling and capping machine for mascara product integrating the function such as automatic bottle loading, wiper ring loading, brush loading and pre-tightening, brush tightening, as well as product downloading and transmitting. Speed is at 50~60pcs/min.

Mascara Filling Machine Features:

AMF60 is the automatic machine for mascara products in cosmetic industry.

The machine includes the basic module and options. The basic module with 12 workstations covers the loop conveyer and a set of pucks.

Manually loading the empty bottle to the conveyer and machine automatic load the bottles into pucks. Products enter to 12 workstation of rotatory table through conveyer in which the process are as following: automatic cleaning the bottle, filling, loading wiper ring,loading brush and pre-tightening, tightening brush, rejecting defective products and finished products are depucked.

Addition, the basic module also includes the inspection functions such as if empty bottle is sitting correct or not, wiper ring existing or not, brush existing or not and brush tightening right or not.

The options includes automatic bottle sorting and lifting devise. However, customer also can select filling mode by mechanical cam or servo drive.

· AMF60 12 station rotary table is driven by mechanical cam divider. By using SEW AC frequency conversion motor, main activities of multiple working stations are driven by cam linkage mechanism and main motor. Therefore the machine is very stable and easy to maintain.

· Customized product mold can maximize the protection of product appearance and improve the applicability of the equipment for different product.

· Empty bottle can be automatically load into the mold and can be automatically ejected. Only need 12 molds to meet the production requirements. Thus, saving the mold cost of new product development for customers.
