Cartoning Machine Brief Introduction:

The automatic horizontal cartoning machine manufactured by Infinity picks a single piece from a stack of folded cartons.

Further, it fills it with the product or multiple products in a horizontal direction through the open end and seals the flaps of the carton using an adhesive or glue.

Although the different products are inserted into the carton in a manual way, the product is packed into a carton either using a pneumatic pusher or a mechanical pusher for several applications.

Cartoning Machine Advantages:

AP60 is the horizontal, intermittent cartooning machine with liner or without liner unit. The liner which protect the product is suitable for regular rectangular packaging. The liner unit is a sub- module of this machine. Equipment is driven by cam linkage mechanism which can reach 60 pcs/min. It has gentle action, humanity design and strong and durable mechanical structure which can replace manual operation and greatly improve production efficiency while reducing labor cost.

The main part of this AP60 cartooning machine has compact structure. By innovative double side folding device, the product change only needs a single knob adjustment. Key parts such as cam dividers and right angle gearbox are imported so that it will improve the transmission accuracy and stability and ensure the product quality. The structure of liner loading and finished goods transmission of AP60 cartooning is very compact and less activities.

By innovative design of center of liner as the basis simplifies the mechanical activities for liner forming. And the liner does not need to move during the whole transmit process. Thus, it improves the stability and quality of liner unit. However, in the liner unit there is an additional function that is a module for leaflet loading.

Horizontal Cartoning Machine​ Working Process:
The mechanical swing arm absorbs the liner and puts it into the chain plate of conveyer and forms it on four sides→ leaflet delivered to liner→ Pick the product from puck and put into liner →The liner with product are transported by conveyer to the cartooning station. Among this, fold and form the top and bottom covers→ The mechanical swing arm absorbs the carton and feeds it horizontally into limit slots of the upper and lower synchronous belt→ Push rod place the liner with product into carton→ The carton is transported to exit of limit slots of upper and lower synchronous belt. At same time, fold and form the both sides of carton→ The finished product is output to the next process for inkjet coding and packing

· AP60 cartooning machine is driven by a mechanical cam divider. The key activities of multiple stations are driven by SEW AC frequency conversion motor and cam linkage mechanism. Thus, the machine is very stable and easy to maintain.
