Cartoning Machine Features:

The products to be packed once transported to the introducer pusher are detected by a sensor that commands to pick up its carton.

In this way, the product and the carton move forward in perfect synchronization to the filling station, both controlled by two sensors.

Particular attention has been given to machine cleaning below the carton transport area, where possible product or packaging material residue is conveyed to easily accessible collection areas.

Cartoning Machine Brief Introduction:

AP60 cartooning machine is automatic machine dedicated to cosmetics, fragrances, skin & sun care, hair care and other personal care for the packaging such as tube, bottle, lipstick, mascara, compact, jar and etc, apply for cartooning with or without liner. The functions include automatic liner loading, leaflet loading, product placing into carton, carton loading, product together with liner into carton placing, carton forming and closing and finished product taking out. Speed is at 60 pcs/min.

Horizontal Cartoning Machine​ Working Process:
The mechanical swing arm absorbs the liner and puts it into the chain plate of conveyer and forms it on four sides→ leaflet delivered to liner→ Pick the product from puck and put into liner →The liner with product are transported by conveyer to the cartooning station. Among this, fold and form the top and bottom covers→ The mechanical swing arm absorbs the carton and feeds it horizontally into limit slots of the upper and lower synchronous belt→ Push rod place the liner with product into carton→ The carton is transported to exit of limit slots of upper and lower synchronous belt. At same time, fold and form the both sides of carton→ The finished product is output to the next process for inkjet coding and packing
