Automatic filling capping machine (overflow filler) can do automatic bottle feeding, automatic liquid filling, automatic cap feeding, cap placing, cap screwing and automatic bottle out-feeding procedure, and the machine can be applied to round and oval round bottle container that usually be used on daily cleaning supplies such as shampoo, shower gel, moisturizing cream, perfume, laundry detergent and dishwashing.

Because the oval bottles have larger surface that can be used on product feature demonstration, also, its lively shape makes it popular and becomes common packaging choice.

Automatic Filling Capping machine is designed for oval bottles which easy to overturn while conveying, providing stable and balanced transportation for many sizes/ heights of bottle.

The filling station has multiple filling nozzles and dual-track conveying which are designed for maintaining the continuous production and increasing the efficiency, also, the distance between two bottles are remained properly so that there is no interference in liquid filling procedure.

Automatic Filling And Capping Line Brief Introduction

Full automatic filling and capping line is the solution for skincare emulsion, liquid, lotion and similar products especially for single variety with large batch production.

The line has basic module with options. The basic module including a set of customized puck and flexible loop conveyor. When manually loading empty bottle into puck, the product enter to production line and complete the following procedures: air cleaning with empty bottle rotation, automatic filling with 6 heads filling nozzle in linear line, automatic pick and place wipper and compress, pick and place cap, automatic screw cap with a set of 6 head in a linear line.

Rejection of defective products and the finished products are depucked from slope clamping belt and sent to the packing area through the conveyer. Addition, the basic module also includes the inspection functions such as if there is empty bottle or not, bottle sitting right or not, wipper exist or not, cap exist or not and cap screw right or not.

The options are included by following: automatic pick bottle, a movable material filling tank, wipper sorting vibration bowl, cap sorter, pump transmit and display and etc.

Bottle loading (manual or picking by machine)→Air cleaning 6-position bottles by rotation → 6-position automatic filling (mechanical cam linkage control)→Wipper sort and place→ cap sort, place and pre-screw→ Cap tighten→ Reject defective products→ Depucking→ Inkjet coding and inspection→ Product transmit to next station
