Emulsion Small Bottle Filling And Capping Machine , Eye Drop Filling Machine
The filling station has multiple filling nozzles and dual-track conveying which are designed for maintaining the continuous production and increasing the efficiency, also, the distance between two bottles are remained properly so that there is no interference in liquid filling procedure.
After filling procedure, the bottles will be conveyed to the cap-placing machine, and start automatic cap placing, cap pressing and cap screwing process simultaneously.
Automatic Filling And Capping Line Working Process:
Bottle loading (manual or picking by machine)→Air cleaning 6-position bottles by rotation → 6-position automatic filling (mechanical cam linkage control)→Wipper sort and place→ cap sort, place and pre-screw→ Cap tighten→ Reject defective products→ Depucking→ Inkjet coding and inspection→ Product transmit to next station

· Automatic filling and capping line is built with high quality whatever in material and assembly and tested before shipping.

· Special Patent Design cap screwing by servo technology.
· Special Patent wiper loading, cap loading system.
· Output: up to 3,600pcs/hour.
· The automatic liquid/skin care emulsion line is a circular design of conveyor line. By use this with flexible equipment more manual intervention stations are reserved to meet the production demand of special products.
· The Automatic line is designed for using puck-in-puck so that the one inside can meet different size and shape which saving the size change cost. However, this kind of puck can provide the best protection for product appearance.
