Features
1. Automatic 3D simulation function for tube-forming is selected as required.
2. An automatic error-fault detecting function is provided,and the errors and faults are displayed on the screen,so that the operator can much easily troubleshoot.
3. Automatic 3D simulation function for detecting interferring position is selected as required.
4. All processing data are inputted by the touch screen
5. Based on the change of materials,each curve is set with a compensation value,a speed and a demoulding gap.
6. Each curve of one tube can be programmed with five action sequences and ten-stage speeds,so that the processing efficiency is improved,and the interference point is reduced.
7. Chinese/English language are switched to display on the touch screen,and customers can also purchase the machine installed with other languages
8. The machine can be connected with a printer so as to print the data displayed on the screen.
9. Communication interface can be installed as required,which can be connected to our company.Our engineer will provided remote service of real-time monitoring,data updating,failure checking and so on.
10. A feeding cart’s feeding position,safety position,wheel mode interfering position and guided mode interfering position are set,so that a hand wheel pulse wave generator can be finely tuned,the position can be automatically remembered,and the error caused by the manual measurement and the loss caused by the feeding cart bumping the machine are eliminated
